Shipping policy

Sanno Healthcare's products are available to ship anywhere within Australia. We do not yet offer international shipping, however if you are overseas and are interested in our products, please contact us and we'll keep you updated about our plans.

We ship our products using Australia Post's carbon neutral Parcel service. We charge a flat rate of $9 per parcel for shipping anywhere within Australia. Tracking information will be provided. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. 

The majority of orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days, however there may occasionally be delays due to COVID-19 disruptions or extreme weather conditions.

Orders containing up to 2L of hand sanitiser are shipped using Australia Post Parcel service by road transport only (hand sanitiser is classified as a dangerous good due to its ethanol content), so may take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.
